We want you to be happy with your purchase. We have tried to make this as easy as we possible. We do ask that in order to receive a refund, your order must meet all of these simple conditions:
• YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST, WITHIN 29 DAYS OF THE SHIPPING ARRIVAL DATE.
You have 29 Days to Call or Email us, for an RMA#, stating you have changed your mind.
• You have 30 days to ship the item back to us, from the Shipping Arrival Date.
That means the item must be in our hands within 30 days.
• You pay for insured shipping back to us.
You are responsible for getting the item back to us unbroken and undamaged.
• You pay for "actual" shipping and insurance charges to you.
The USPS cost "stamp" is stamped on the front of the box, that was shipped to you.
• A one time 5% restocking charge will be charged to your order.
Somebody did work to fill your order, as well as someone will have to put it back.
• All items are Brand New, resell able condition, when we get them back from you.
All items must have not have been used in any way.
• All items are in the original manufacturer's package.
• All items are NOT Clearance products.
• All items are NOT Special Order Products (we would have notified you via email).
• All items are NOT Special Order Quantities (we would have notified you via email).
• All items are NOT Extra-Heavy Products. Products shipped any other way, than USPS.
• All items are NOT Defective (all defective items will be replaced).
