Get the utilities turned on, and you are now in business.

Located right in the very center of town, across the street from The Worlds Largest Basket. Olive Oyls was started in 2000 and has a high traffic flow with many repeat customers.

On the rear of the same large property, is a 3-Bedroom 2-story House, and it is also included. The rear private driveway has room to park 4 to 6 cars, independent of the store parking on Main street.
One look around town and youll think you're in Mayberry! Its really a very nice town. Population is around 4000. All schools, restaurants and stores are within walking distance of the property.
