      You have 29 Days to Call or Email us, for an RMA#, stating you have changed your mind.

      Somebody did work to fill your order, as well as someone will have to put it back.

  Defective products may be returned for a replacement within 15 days of the product's arrival date to you. The USPS website tracks the day, hour and minute your package was delivered to you. The delivery notice can be found on the internet at www.usps.com Track & Confirm page. You will be responsible for the return shipping but, we will reimburse you for the return shipping charges, according to the “US postage stamp”, on the outside of the returning box. Please use the US Post Office for returning all packages.

Also, people have more time to shop on the web and tend to buy more. Example: Our 3D Popup Greeting Cards. On the web, the normal card sale is 24 to 30 cards. With that kind of quantities, we can afford to discount them a little more.

Shipping can make a heavy item cost more on the web than in the store. Shipping is direct to your door but adds extra cost. In the store, you can take your purchase with you, avoiding the shipping cost.

  If you pick the wrong shipping rate, WE WILL adjust it for you.
If you choose a glass item, it must have "glass item" shipping. After 7 years of shipping items all over the world, of the folks that picked the wrong shipping rate, 99.9% said "please adjust the rate and ship it". So now, instead of spending days emailing back and forth, that is what we will do. WE WILL adjust it for you. Glass items are $8.95 USPS Priority Mail. Shipping for Alaska, Hawaii, Canadian and International orders will be $34.95 flat rate (4-lb max) USPS Global Priority Mail only.
WHEN DO WE SHIP
  We usually ship your package out of the warehouse in 3 days, BUT....We are a smaller company run by a small family. We started this business to get out of the fast lane. Therefore we are not as quick with shipping as some of the giant houses (ie.. buy.com amazon.com). We ship in 3 to 14 days. If you need it faster, we are very very sorry but we're not for you. Our company does many things by hand, and that's how we like it. Our phones still work faster than our email. We are working on installing an 800 number (if that phone lady would ever come to town again). I know it sounds funny, but our store is not in downtown New York. We are an hour out in the "sticks." It's real nice. The town is very clean and just beautiful. Most everybody knows everybody and the people are super nice!
