We want you to be happy with your purchase. We have tried to make this as easy as we possible. We do ask that in order to receive a refund, your order must meet all of these simple conditions:
• YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST, WITHIN 29 DAYS OF THE SHIPPING ARRIVAL DATE.
You have 29 Days to Call or Email us, for an RMA#, stating you have changed your
mind.
• You have 30 days to ship the item back to us, from the Shipping Arrival Date.
That means the item must be in our hands within 30 days.
• You pay for insured shipping back to us.
You are responsible for getting the item back to us unbroken and undamaged.
• You pay for "actual" shipping and insurance charges to you.
The USPS cost "stamp" is stamped on the front of the box, that was shipped to you.
• A one time 5% restocking charge will be charged to your order.
Somebody did work to fill your order, as well as someone will have to put it back.
• All items are Brand New, resell able condition, when we get them back from you.
All items must not have been used in any way.
• All items are in the original manufacturer's package.
• All items are NOT Clearance products.
• All items are NOT Special Order Products (we would have notified you via email).
• All items are NOT Special Order Quantities (we would have notified you via email).
• All items are NOT Extra-Heavy Products. Products shipped any other way, than USPS.
• All items are NOT Defective.

SPECIAL ORDERS

All Special Orders are NON-CANCELABLE. PERIOD!
If you order a large quantity of an item, we may have to place a "special order" from the factory, to obtain the desired quantity that you need. IF, this is the case, we will email you before we place the factory order. If we do not hear back from you in 24 hours, then we will place the order AND your order is now NON-CANCELABLE. Order time does not matter anymore. We are beholden to the factories. They ship when they can and we can not do anything about it.

IF YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM

Defective products may be returned for a replacement within 15 days of the product's arrival date to you. The USPS website tracks the day, hour and minute your package was delivered to you. The delivery notice can be found on the internet at
www.usps.com Track & Confirm page. You will be responsible for the return shipping but, we will reimburse you for the return shipping charges, according to the "US postage stamp”, on the outside of the returning box. Please use the US Post Office for returning all packages. WE DO NOT REIMBURSE FOR UPS OR FED EX. WE ONLY REIMBURSE FOR USPS.

Sometimes the price for an item is different on the website than it is in the store. This happens if we have a short sale on one and not the other. Also, people have more time to shop on the web and tend to buy more. Example: Our 3D Popup Greeting Cards. On the web, the normal card sale is 24 to 30 cards. With that kind of quantities, we can afford to discount them a little more.
Shipping can make a heavy item cost more on the web than in the store. Shipping is direct to your door but adds extra cost. In the store, you can take your purchase with you, avoiding the shipping cost.
The main difference is the cost of shipping.

WHEN DO WE SHIP

We ship in 3 to 14 days. We usually ship your package out of the warehouse in 3 days, BUT....We are a smaller company, run by a small family. We started this business to get out of the fast lane. Therefore we are not as quick with shipping as some of the giant houses (ie.. buy.com amazon.com). We ship in 3 to 14 days. If you need it faster, we are very very sorry but we're not for you. Our company does most things by hand, and that's how we like it. Our phones still work faster than our email. I know it sounds funny, but our store is not in downtown New York. We are an hour out in the "sticks." It's real nice. The town is very clean and just beautiful. Most everybody knows everybody and the people are super nice!

When you placed your order, you were given a chance to print out your invoice. If you missed it or something got messed up in your printer, that’s ok, we can get you another one.

Your shipment will not have an attached invoice. Your shipment will include your credit card receipt that you used at time of purchase, WITH ONLY THE LAST 4 NUMBERS showing (for your security).

If you start a Chargeback Action against Olive Oyl's Gift Shop, and it is resolved in our favor, you WILL BE billed an additional $25.00 Processing Fee (including any attorney fees if hired) to the same charge card used. Processing a "chargeback" entails quite a bit of work, 2 hours time, and many long distance phone calls and fax call charges as well. That's right! It costs money to process one of these, and it's not free! Please remember, every item that we ship, is hand picked and hand packed, by one of the family members, or owners, of Olive Oyl's Gift Shop.
